Enable Autotamer

Alvin needs permission to manage your reservations in order to update the max slots of your reservations to minimize slot waste.

To enable this optimization you need to grant the service account you connected to Alvin for the savings report (e.g. alvin-agent) the BigQuery Resource Editor role for the project(s) where your reservations are provisioned:

Once this is completed, Alvin can manage your reservations, using real-time signals to update the max slots of your reservation(s) to reduce slot waste.
